![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A half hour customer service call, finally got my money back. They reluctantly agreed, but a few Weeks later I got my credit card bill, and they didn't refund me. I was then explained in an extremely rude manner that their shuttle will bring people from within 5 miles to gamble at the casino, but the shuttle WILL NOT take guests anywhere!? Really?! Shouldn't you specify that on your website where it is listed as an amenity? I know this is a casino, but to not let you're hotel guests use a service that already exists, but will let people NOT starting there use it? Oh and then,I demanded a refund based on misleading info on the website. Booked it online, show up to check in.As we are checking in I ask if we can get a shuttle soon to get downtown. I got online to their website, They had a bar, restaurant, and shuttle tuning within 5 miles, sounded perfect because we were going to a show downtown, just across the bridge. ![]()
